Tuesday May 3rd, 2011 - Bahareh Hedayat, Mahdieh Golroo and Majid Tavakoli have been charged with "propaganda against the regime" while in prison, their prison sentences increased by 6 months respectively.
According to Daneshjoo News, the Revolutionary Court has handed down 6 additional months in prison for the three incarcerated student activists, Bahareh Hedayat, Mahdieh Golroo and Majid Tavakoli. Hedayat and Tavakoli's new trail took place on Saturday April 30th, 2011, while Mahdieh Golroo was summoned to court on Tuesday April 26th, 2011.
It is worth mentioning that as a result of issuing a open letter on the occasion of Students' Day last year, Bahareh Hedayat and Majid Tavakoli, both prominent student activists were charged with "propaganda against the regime" and "colluding and conspiring against the national security of the country", by the 28th branch of the Revolutionary Court presided over by Judge Moghiseh. The second charge was dropped due to insufficient evidence. As a result of the expeditious ruling by the court (only two days after the completion of the trial), Hedayat and Tavakoli's lawyers were prevented from presenting an adequate defense on behalf of their clients.
The new ruling by the court is designed to exert even more pressure on student activists. Bahareh Hedayat's prison sentence has now increased to 10 years, Majid Tavakoli to 9 years and Mahdieh Golroo to 2 1/2 years respectively.

صدور حکمی جدید برای بهاره هدایت، مهدیه گلرو، مجید توکلی: شش ماه زندان بیشتر

دانشجونیوز: بهاره هدایت، مجید توکلی و مهدیه گلرو به "اتهام تبلیغ علیه نظام" هر کدام به شش ماه حبس محکوم شدند.
به گزارش دانشجونیوز در پی برگزاری دادگاه بهاره هدایت، مجید توکلی روز شنبه دهم اردیبشهت ماه، پس از گذشت تنها دو روز این دو دانشجوی زندانی به همراه مهدیه گلرو دیگر دانشجوی زندانی که پیش از این سه شنبه ششم اردیبهشت ماه به دادگاه فراخوانده شده بود،هر کدام به شش ماه زندان محکوم شدند.
لازم به ذکر است بهاره هدایت و مجید توکلی این دو فعال سرشناس دانشجویی به علت انتشار نامه به مناسبت روز دانشجو در دادگاه اخیر که در شعبه ۲۸ دادگاه انقلاب به ریاست قاضی مقیسه برگزار شده بود با اتهامات "تبلیغ علیه نظام "و "تبانی جهت اقدام علیه امنیت ملی" محاکمه شدند که به علت نقص ادله از اتهام "تبانی جهت اقدام علیه امنیت ملی" تبرئه شدند.
وکلای این دو دانشجو به علت صدور زودهنگام احکام دادگاه در مدت بسیار کوتاه دو روزه، از ارایۀ لایحۀ دفاعی برای پرونده موکلانشان بازماندند
.
با صدور این احکام در جهت فشار بیشتر بر دانشجویان زندانی، بهاره هدایت مجموعاً به ده سال زندان، مجید توکلی مجموعاً به نه سال زندان و مهدیه گلرو مجموعاً به دو سال و نیم زندان محکوم گردیدند که از جمله سنگین ترین احکام برای دانشجویان زندانی میباشد.
