Friday October 22nd, 2010 - According to HRANA, on Wednesday October 20th, security forces raided the residence of Zoya Samadi, Mansour Osanloo's daughter-in-law. The security forces arrived on motor cycle and in a Peugot car at Samadi's home with the intent to serve her a court order and detain her, but were unsuccessful as she was not home. Their behavior was so aggressive that it led to the fear and distress of all neighbors.
Osanloo's daughter-in-law was initially accosted by security forces in June of 2010, when she was taken from a metro station to an undisclosed location, brutally beaten and attacked, resulting in severe physical injuries and a miscarriage. At the time, after she was examined by a doctor and she was told to rest and avoid any type of work. The severe injuries to her lower back and the fact that she was bedridden for a long time led to her losing her job. Samadi's family approached the Revolutionary Court after her brutal attack, but were informed that the judicial authorities were unaware of such an attack. It is worth mentioning that prior to being attacked, Samadi had received many intimidating and insulting phone calls and had even been threatened to death. As a result of these phone calls, the Osanloo family visited Judge Mohammadi in order to inquire whether he had given the orders for their daughter-in-law to be harassed. They were however informed that Judge Mohammadi was unaware that any phone calls had been made.
Osanloo's family made the following statement to the Revolutionary Court with regards to their daughter-in-law: "If she has committed a crime, then she should be charged, a court hearing should be held, she should be convicted and sent to prison. Why instead did you resort to brutally beating her, cause her to have a miscarriage and become bedridden? If you wish to incarcerate her then do so. Why cause such physical harm and make her incapable of working?"
The Osanloo family once again approached the judicial authorities after this last raid of Zoya Samadi's residence by security forces. It is worth mentioning that the judicial authorities denied the existence of a court order and claimed that they were unaware of such a raid.

خبرگزاری هرانا - نیروهای امنیتی چهارشنبه 28 مهرماه به منزل زویا صمدی عروس زندانی سیاسی منصور اسانلو یورش بردند.
بنا به اطلاع گزارشگران خبرگزاری حقوق بشر ایران "هرانا" نیروهای امنیتی به همراه یک موتور سیکلت و یک دستگاه خودرو پژو به منزل خانم زویا صمدی مراجعه کردند که به دلیل عدم وجود وی موفق به دیدار و یا بازداشت وی نشدند. نیروهای امنیتی که به اذعان خودشان برای ارایه احضاریه به دادگاه به منزل زویا صمدی مراجعه کرده بودند به گونه ای رفتار کرده اند که باعث ترس همسایگان شدند.
عروس اقای اسانلو که پیش از این توسط ماموران امنیتی از ایستگاه مترو طرشت توسط نیروهای امنیتی ربوده شده بود و در اثر ضرب و شتم ها وارده بر وی بچه اش سقط شد که شدت جراحت به طوری بود که پس از مراجعه به پزشک معالج، ایشان را توصیه به استراحت مطلق و پرهیز از انجام هرگونه کاری کردند.
بر اثر جراحات وارده و ضعف شدیدی که در ناحیه کمر وی به وجود آمده ایشان خانه نشین شدند و کار خود را از دست دادند.
پس از یورش به منزل زویا صمدی خانواده وی به دادگاه انقلاب مراجعه کردند ولی قضات مربوطه از چنین ابلاغیه ای اظهار بی اطلاعی کردند.
لازم به ذکر است که پیش از این عروس آقای اسانلو بارها به صورت تلفنی و با الفاظی توهین آمیز تهدید به مرگ شده بود که در پی تماس های تلفنی تهدید امیز خانواده اقای اسانلو به نزد قاضی محمدی رفتند که ایا شما مسبب این تماس ها هستید و از ایشان میخواهید که به پیش شما بیایند؟ که قاضی محمدی از این موضوع اظهار بی اطلاعی میکند.
در این رابطه خانواده اقای اسانلو به دادستان دادگاه انقلاب گفته اند: "اگر ایشان جرمی مرتکب شده است خوب بیاید برایش دادگاهی تشکیل دهید و ایشان را به زندان بفرستید دیگر ضرب وشتم و سقط بچه و خانه نشین کردن چیست؟ اگر میخواهید زندانی کنید بیایید زندانی اش کنید پس چرا ایشان را به این وضعیت دراوردید که دیگر نمیتواند کار کند؟"
پس از یورش به منزل زویا صمدی خانواده آقای اسانلو به مسئولین مربوطه مراجعه کردند که همگی از پیش آمدن این مسائل و فرستادن احضاریه اظهار بی اطلاعی کردند
