Monday December 27th, 2010 - According to the website Change for Equality, Nasrin Sotoudeh's court proceedings at the 26th branch of the Revolutionary Court were disrupted today after Sotoudeh and her lawyer complained about the manner in which the court hearing was being conducted resulting in Judge Moghiseh sentencing Sotoudeh to an additional Five days in prison.
According to Sotoudeh's lawyer, the presence of a camera man video taping the proceedings without the court informing the lawyers and their defendant of the identity of such a person and dismissing a well known lawyer from courtroom while the proceedings were in session led to complaints by Sotoudeh and her legal team. According to Sotoudeh's husband Reza Khandan, this complaint led to Judge Moghiseh adding five additional days in prison to Sotoudeh's current sentence.
Mehnaz Parakandeh Sotoudeh's lawyer said the following of the new charges against her client: "They did not provide any specific reasons for the charges, but the legal note they referred to was in reference to blatant non adherence to Hejab rules. After the charges were announced we complained about the validity of the court proceedings listing reasons for our complaint."
It is worth mentioning that Nasrin Sotoudeh has already been charged with "acting against the national security of the country", "propaganda against the regime" and "membership in the Defenders of Human Rights Center". The court hearing that took place today, December 27th, 2010 was based on new charges of "blatant non adherence to Hejab rules".

محاکمه نسرین ستوده به اتهام بدحجابی / پنج روز حبس به خاطر اعتراض به فیلمبرداری از دادگاه

چکیده : به گفته وکیل نسرین ستوده، آوردن دوربین فیلم برداری به جلسه دادگاه بدون اینکه هویت نهاد فیلمبرداری کننده روشن باشد و و اخراج یکی از وکلای بنام که در جلسه دادگاه حاضر شده بود، موجب اعتراض خانم ستوده و وی شد. به گفته همسر نسرین ستوده، اعتراض نسرین باعث شد قاضی پیرعباس خانم ستوده را به 5 روز حبس تعزیری محکوم کند.

هرچند مقرر شده بود که امروز دوشنبه، ۶ دی ماه، قرار بود دادگاه نسرین ستوده به صورت علنی در شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب برگزار شود، اما جلسه دادگاه با توجه به ایراد شکلی نسرین ستوده و وکیلش به نحوه اداره جلسه مختل شد و قاضی پیرعباسی، رئیس دادگاه نسرین ستوده را به ۵ روز حبس تعزیری محکوم کرد.

مهنار پراکند، وکیل نسرین ستوده، درباره اتهام وارده به موکلش گفت: عنوانی اعلام نکردند ولی تبصره خاصی که به آن اشاره شده عنوان “تظاهر به بی‌حجابی” دارد و ما به دلیل نوع اتهام اعلام شده نظر به عدم صلاحیت دادگاه داشتیم که این موضوع را با ذکر دلایل اعلام کردیم .
لازم به ذکر است که پیش از این نسرین ستوده، در شعبه ٢۶ دادگاه انقلاب، به ریاست قاضی پیرعباسی، به اتهامات «اقدام علیه امنیت ملی»، «تبلیغ علیه نظام» و «عضویت در کانون مدافعان حقوق بشر» محاکمه شده بود و دادگاه روز ۶ ام دی ماه بر اساس اتهام جدید وی “تظاهر به بی حجابی” تشکیل شده است.
