Tehran's Prosecutor: "Two Additional Lawyers Arrested in Tehran Today" - دو وکیل دیگر بازداشت شدند

Sunday November 11th, 2010 - According to reports by Jaras, Tehran's prosecutor announced the arrest of two additional lawyers in Tehran today. This news comes on the heels of three female lawyers being arrested yesterday at Imam Khomeini Intl Airport yesterday upon their return to Iran from Turkey.

According to Fars News, Tehran's prosecutor Jafari Dolatabadi stated: "The arrests of five lawyers was recently ordered by the Security Branch of the Holy Martyr's Court. Three of these individuals were arrested at Imam Khomeini Intl Airport upon their return from Antalya Turkey. Two other lawyers associated with the aforementioned individuals were also arrested in Tehran today."

According to Jafari Dolatabadi, the arrested lawyers in question were charged with committing crimes against the national security of the Islamic Republic while abroad. Jafari Dolatabadi added: "Cases against the aforementioned lawyers have been opened and will be handled in due course."

It is worth mentioning that the news of the arrests of the three female lawyers Sara Sabaghian, Maryam Kianarsi and Maryam Karbasi by security officers upon their return from Turkey at Imam Khomeini Intl Airport was first published yesterday.

دو وکیل دیگر بازداشت شدند

جرس: پس از انتشار خبر بازداشت سه وکیل دادگستری در فرودگاه خمینی، امروز، دادستان تهران از بازداشت دو وکیل دیگر خبر داد.

به گزارش فارس، دادستان تهران گفت: تعداد پنج نفر از وكلای دادگستری اخيرا به دستور بازپرس شعبه امنيت دادسرای شهيد مقدس بازداشت شده‌اند.

جعفری دولت‌آبادی با اعلام اين خبر افزود: سه نفر از اين افراد در فرودگاه امام خمينی‌ به هنگام بازگشت از سفر آنتاليای تركيه بازداشت شدند.

وی ادامه داد: دو نفر ديگر از وكلای دادگستری مرتبط با افراد ياد شده نيز در تهران بازداشت شده‌اند.

دادستان تهران اتهام وكلای بازداشت شده را ارتكاب جرايم امنيتی و انجام اعمال خلاف شئونات جمهوری اسلامی در خارج از كشور اعلام كرد و گفت: رسيدگی به پرونده متهمان ياد شده كماكان ادامه دارد.

روز گذشته خبر بازداشت سارا صباغيان، مريم كيان‌ارثي و مريم كرباسي سه وكيل دادگستري هنگام مراجعت از کشور تركيه در فرودگاه امام خميني تهران، توسط مأمورين امنيتي منتشر شد
