Sunday November 28th, 2010- According to reports from the Feminist School, a second hearing was held today at the Revolutionary Court on case against Nasrin Sotoudeh, lawyer and human rights activist. The court hearing took place in the presence of representatives from the Central Bar Association and the National Union of Lawyers Association.
In this final court hearing that lasted several hours, four members of Sotoudeh's legal team proceeded to present her defense. In addition to Reza Khandan, Sotoudeh's husband, Mr. Jandaghi, the head of the Central Bar Association, a second board member of the Central Bar Association and Bahman Keshavarz, the head of the National Union of Lawyers Association were also present.
Judge Pir Abbasi, the judge presiding over branch 26 of the Revolutionary Court stated that he will provide his opinion on whether or not Sotoudeh's arrest will be overturned by next week. It is worth mentioning that during Sotoudeh's first court hearing, Judge Pir Abbasi did not over turn Sotoudeh's arrest.
Nasrin Sotoudeh, the the winner of the International Human Rights Award in Italy has been incarcerated at Evin prison since September 4th, 2010. The first court hearing on her case was held on November 15th, 2010. Sotoudeh has been charged with "acting against the national security of the country", "congregation and collusion with the intent to disrupt national security" and "cooperation with the Center for Human Rights Defenders".

مدرسه فمینیستی: امروز 7 آذرماه دومین جلسه رسیدگی به پرونده نسرین ستوده، وکیل دادگستری و فعال جنبش زنان برگزار شد.
این جلسه دادگاه که ساعت ها به طول انجامید، در حقیقت آخرین جلسه رسیدگی به پرونده نسرین ستوده بود که در آن 4 تن از وکلای نسرین ستوده به دفاع از وی پرداختند.
در این جلسه علاوه بر رضا خندان، همسر نسرین ستوده، آقای جندقی، رئیس کانون وکلای مرکز به همراه یکی دیگر از اعضای هیئت مدیره کانون وکلا و نیز بهمن کشاورز، رئیس اتحادیه سراسری کانون های وکلا نیز حضور داشتند.
قاضی پیرعباسی، قاضی شعبه 26 دادگاه انقلاب که صدور حکم این پرونده را برعهده دارد گفت که تا هفته آینده نظرش را در مورد تبدیل قرار بازداشت نسرین ستوده اعلام خواهد کرد. در اولین دادگاه نسرین ستوده، قاضی پیرعباسی از تبدیل قرار بازداشت وی خودداری کرد، حال با توجه به اتمام رسیدگی به پرونده نسرین ستوده، قرار است تا هفته آینده قاضی مجددا نظرش را در این مورد اعلام کند.
لازم به یادآوری است که نسرین ستوده، برنده جایزه بین المللی حقوق بشر ایتالیا، از روز 13 شهریور ماه در زندان اوین در بازداشت است. و اولین جلسه رسیدگی به پرونده اش در روز 24 آبان ماه برگزار شد. اتهام وی اقدام علیه امنیت ملی، اجتماع و تبانی به قصد برهم زدن امنیت و همکاری با کانون مدافعان حقوق بشر است
