Monday November 1st, 2010 - Despite attempts by security forces to prevent Mehdi Karroubi from entering Pastor and visting with Mr. Hossein Mousavi, this meeting took place yesterday at Mousavi's residence as a result of Mousavi's own initiative. The following is a summary of the discussions that took place.
The meeting between Mir Hossein Mossavi and Mehdi Karroubi began with Karroubi expressing regret over the fact that lies and slander have been institutionalized in our country stating: "They made sure that the candidate of their choice was fraudulently elected president during the 9th presidential elections. Both the 8th parliamentary elections and 10th presidential elections were rigged, leading to an explosion of protests by the people; protests that were dealt with in the most violent manner possible. Government owned media outlets use the treasury's wealth to spread lies and insult the opposition and the slightest response from opponents and critics is not tolerated by the pro government media outlets and newspapers. It has reached a point that not only do they not publish any news related to us, but we are also banned from publishing condolences to those who have lost loved ones. They do not tolerate any form of freedom of expression. Rather than ensuring that free and fair elections be held in our country, they decided instead to slaughter any form of freedom, truth and honesty."
While pointing to the lack of tact and wisdom in the manner in which the affairs of the country are being managed, Mousavi stated: "In general no one is opposed to targeted subsidies. The point we are making here is that the necessary work force to manage this type of subsidy program is currently nonexistent. A large segment of the expert task force and those with knowledge have been eliminated. The government should not be proud of the fact that in order to implement the targeted subsidy programs it has been reduced to creating fear by deploying police, basiji and IRGC forces to 2000 locations across Tehran. These gentlemen's management practices and methods have led to the destruction of our economy and other sectors of our society, making it exceedingly more difficult to return to the conditions that our country found itself in 6 years ago [pre Ahmadinejad]."
With the 13th of Aban [anniversary of take over of U.S. Embassy in Tehran 31 years ago] approaching, Mousavi and Karroubi noted: "On the eve of 13th of Aban, Student Day and the Anniversary of the Imam's exile we unfortunately continue to witness great pressure on our country's intellectuals, members of the academia, students, lawyers and journalists. Every day heavier sentences are issued against journalists and not only are they receiving prison sentences but they are also being banned fir decades from practicing their vocation. Well known and established lawyers are accused of defending their clients and condemned to heavy prison sentences in order to intimidate them from taking over the cases of political prisoners. Students and members of the academia are sentenced to long prison terms and exiled to prison far away from their residence, leading to distress, hardship and danger for their families. Despite all the oppressive measures taken by the current government, new and motivated forces join the political scene with the passing of every day and with it the people's Green movement is only getting stronger."
"Creating divisions amongst the various segments in our society and calling tens of millions of individuals such as teachers, laborors, students, professors, women and men in our nation "dust & trash", "incompetent", "microbes" and "members of a sedition" is not in the best interest of our nation. The regime that our dear Imam fought for during 15 years was after citizens obtaining sovereignty over their own destiny, rather than labeling a large segment of our population as enemies. We therefore strongly believe that it is the inherent right of every Iranian citizen to have access to civil rights and labeling them "microbes" and "dust and trash" is unacceptable and a foreign concept to say the least. A healthy society is one that that arises out of the will and vote of its people; a society in which criticism, protests and strikes are natural and considered as basic and fundamental right of its citizens."
"The adventurous foreign policy of the current government has led to a number of resolutions being issued against our country by several international organizations. We are already witnessing the negative impact of these resolutions on the livelihood of our citizens. There is unprecedented poverty, unemployment, closures of manufacturing facilities and indiscriminate imports to the point where even tombstones are imported from abroad. While our people suffer under these conditions, our government has provided grants and loans to foreign and neighboring countries. It is unclear to what extent the Parliament is involved and aware of these activities. Our countries economy has weakened significantly as a result of this mismanagement, but more importantly if we continue on this path of destruction, we may very well witness the demise of the regime. Is this type of mismanagement and splurging to the benefit of our nation? Why is there no transparency so that our citizens can be more aware of the affairs of their own government?"
"In conclusion, rather than waging a fruitless war against the institutions of Human Sciences in our country and demonstrating intolerance even towards your own friends, we urge you to take advantage of the knowledge and expertise of the individuals within our humanities fields; our economists, sociologists, demography specialists and individuals in other branches and empower them to resolve our countries problems with their expertise."

کروبی و موسوی در دیدار مشترک:ملت ایران دارای حقوق شهروندی است و با میکروب و خس و خاشاک بی گانه است

سحام نیوز:مهدی کروبی روز گذشته به دیدار مهندس موسوی رفت. به گزارش خبرنگار سحام نیوز این دیدار در شرایطی انجام گرفت که نیروهای امنیتی قصد جلوگیری از ورود مهدی کروبی به پاستور را داشتند که با عکس العمل میرحسین موسوی این اقدام آنان ناکام ماند. در ابتدای این دیدار آقای کروبی از فضای دروغ و تهمت در کشور که متاسفانه نهادینه شده است ابراز تاسف کرد و اظهار داشت: بعد از اینکه در انتخابات ریاست جمهوری نهم با تقلب توانستند شخص مورد نظر را در مسند ریاست جمهوری بنشانند در انتخابات مجلس هشتم و دهم ریاست جمهوری نیز به صورت سهمیه بندی و مهندسی شده آراء را تقسیم کردند و انتخاباتی را برگزار کردند که باعث انفجار مردمی شد و با بدترین شیوه و خشونت زیاد با مردم برخورد کردند و هر روز در رسانه هایی که از پول بیت المال ارتزاق می کنند، انواع دروغ و تهمت ها به طرف مقابل می زنند و کوچکترین جوابی را از مخالفین و منتقدین نه تنها در رسانه ملی بلکه در روزنامه ها نیزبر نمی تابند تا جایی که علاوه بر ممنوعیت خبری از من و شما در رسانه ها حتی از چاپ آگهی تسلیت هم روزنامه ها را منع کردند. و تحمل هیچ گونه آزادی بیان را ندارند و عملا آزادی راستگویی و صداقت را ذبح دو روزه دنیای خویش کردند. در حالی که می توانستند با برگزاری انتخابات سالم کشور را از هر گزندی محفوظ بدارند.
در ادامه این دیدار آقای موسوی به نبود تدبیر و عقل در اداره کشور اشاره نمود و گفت: به طور کلی کسی با هدفمند کردن یارانه ها مخالف نیست،اما حرف اصلی ما این است که نیرویی که بتواند این طرح را مدیریت کند، وجود ندارد و قسمت اعظم نیروهای کارشناس مشهور و توانمند کنار گذاشته شده اند. این هنر نیست که برای اجرای هدفمند کردن یارانه ها در ۲۰۰۰ منطقه تهران نیرو بچینیم یا فرمانده پلیس به یاری سپاه و بسیج جهت ترساندن مردم افتخار کند. شیوه مدیریتی این آقایان بلایی بر سر کشور چه در اقتصاد و حوزه های دیگرآورده که امکان برگشت به وضعیت ۶سال گذشته هم خیلی سخت شده است.
در ادامه این دیدار آقایان کروبی و موسوی در آستانه روز ۱۳ آبان مواردی را متذکر شدند:
- در آستانه ۱۳ آبان روز دانش آموز و و سالروز تبعید حضرت امام؛ متاسفانه شاهد فشار زیادی بر فرهیختگان این کشور اعم از دانشگاهیان و دانشجویان و وکلا و روزنامه نگاران هستیم. هر روز احکام سنگینی بر علیه روزنامه نگاران متعهد صادر می شود؛ به طوری که علاوه بر زندان؛ به دهها سال محرومیت از فعالیت های مطبوعاتی محکوم می شوند و یا وکلا شناخته شده را به جرم دفاع از موکلین خود زندان و به احکام سنگین محکوم می کنند تا دیگر وکالت زندانیان سیاسی را به عهده نگیرند و یا دانشگاهیان را به زندان های طویل المدت و خارج از اقامتشان تبعید و زندانی می کنند . به طوری که موجب خطر و آزار و اذیت خانواده هایشان می گردد. ولی با تمام این اقدامات هر روز نیروهای جدید و با انگیزه به صحنه می آیند و رویش جنبش مردمی هر روز از روز دیگر بیشتر است.

به مصلحت کشور نیست که بین صفوف ملت تفرقه ایجاد کنیم و دهها میلیون نفر از معلمان و کارگران، دانشجویان و اساتید و زنان و مردم کشور را خس و خاشاک و گوساله، یا میکروب و فتنه گر بنامیم. آن نظامی که امام عزیز ۱۵ سال برای آن مبارزه کرد به دنبال حاکمیت مردم بر سرنوشت خودشان بود. نه آنکه بخش زیادی از ملت را دشمن قلمداد کند. ایجاد رعب و وحشت باعث از بین رفتن مشروعیت نظام می گردد و بدون مشروعیت هیچ نظامی دوام نمی آورد. لذا ما معتقدیم همه ملت ایران، عزیز و دارای حقوق شهروندی می باشند و همه آنها از کرامت ذاتی برخورد بوده و ذات انسان با میکروب و خس و خاشاک بی گانه است. جامعه سالم، مطلوب و برخواسته از رای مردم، جامعه ای است که در آن اعتراض، اعتصاب، انتقاد و … جزو حقوق طبیعی و اولیه مردم می باشد.

سیاست های ماجرا جویانه خارجی باعث شده است که در فاصله کوتاهی چندین قطع نامه از سازمان های بین المللی بر علیه کشور ما صادر شود و اثرات منفی خود را بر وضع معیشتی مردم نشان دهد. فقر و نرخ بیکاری و تعطیلی مراکز تولیدی و واردات بی رویه تا جایی رسیده است که سنگ قبر هم از خارج وارد می شود و کمک های بلاعوض و وام به کشورهای خارجی و همسایه که معلوم نیست تا چه اندازه مجلس در جریان است اقتصاد کشور را به شدت ضعیف کرده است و ادامه این روند خطر ناک میتواند به فروپاشی نظام تمام شود. آیا هزینه و فایده این ریخت و پاش ها به نفع کشور است؟ و چرا مردم به صورت شفاف در جریان این ریخت و پاش ها نیستند؟

در پایان ما دلسوزانه خواستاریم به جای جنگ بی ثمر با علوم انسانی، از متخصصین برجسته علوم انسانی کشور در حوزه های اقتصاد و جامع شناسی و جمعیت شناسی و دیگر شاخه ها استفاده کنید و کار را به دست کاردان ها بسپارید. نه آنکه تحمل دوستان خودتان را هم نداشته باشید
