Tuesday December 7th, 2010 - According to reports by Kalame, Zahra Rahnavard writer, university professor and wife of Mir Hossein Mousavi wrote a short note in response to the arrest of Leyla Tavasoli, eyewitness to the events on the day of Ashura stating: "We are all Leyla Tavasoli and we bear witness to the fact that you the unworthy oppressors [ruling government] crushed and martyred our innocent citizens and innocent youth, the mourners of Imam Hossein, under the wheels of your cars on Ashura."
Leyla Tavasoli an eyewitness to the events of bloody Ashura last year was arrested as a result of protesting against security officers running over and killing an innocent citizen while protesting in Vali Asr Square during Ashura last year. Tavasoli who was sentenced to two years in prison, once again incarcerated.
According to Kaleme, the full content of Zahra Rahnavard's note is as follows:
We are all Leyla Tavasoli and we all bear witness to the fact that innocent citizens and mourners of Imam Hossein were martyred on Ashura. Why don't you take a look back at our history? Where do you stand on cruelty and oppression? We are all Leyla Tavasoli and we bear witness to the fact that you the unworthy oppressors [ruling government] crushed and martyred our innocent citizens and innocent youth, the mourners of Imam Hossein, under the wheels of your cars on Ashura. Martyrs Amirarjmand Tajmir, Abbas Farajizadeh, Shahrokh Rahmani and Shabnam Sohrabi , a hard working mother and most probably many other innocent citizens whose names have not been published have been crushed by the cars of security officers all under the pretext of national security.
We are all Leyla Tavasoli and we bear witness to the fact that you perpetrators crushed the bones, ribs and heart of young Negin's mother, Mrs. Shabnam Sohrabi under the wheels of your car.
We are all Leyla Tavasoli and we bear witness to the fact that on Ashura, a day of mourning for Imam Hossein, you aimed directly for the heart of Seyed Ali Mousavi, murdering and martyring him at around noon on Ashura while he was chanting Ya Hossein [Hossein is Great]. We bear witness to the beaten and bloody bodies of innocent citizens such as Ali and Karim Mostafa Beygi and Rasekhnia who were also present on that day.
We are all Leyla Tavasoli and we bear witness to the fact that you unjust perpetrators threw innocent protesting citizens off bridges, murdering and martyring them on bloody Ashura last year.
However in the very near future, the ashes that remain under the fire will once bear witness to your crimes. Today more than ever everyone is aware. Your actions are no longer hidden to others. They will bear witness to your cruelty and destruction. For who amongst us is not aware that you have filled the prisons with our innocent and righteous intellectuals, scholars, students and educators, while allowing murderers, oppressors and those who support dictatorship to roam free?
To those whose hands are stained with the blood of children of our nation,
To those who have orphaned children through violence,
To those who have wounded the hearts of so many mothers,
To those who are responsible for so many women becoming widowers and the destruction of so many families,
To those who have put newly weds behind bars,
To those who have for ever separated the beating hearts of lovers with bullets and arms,
To Those who have tortured young women and insulted, hurt and beaten our elders,
To those who have sent so many innocent, freedom seeking citizens to prison or punished them through exile
and
To all those who demonstrate their superiority complex towards women through persecution, coercion and interference in their private lives, accosting women with rude and offensive language and accusing them of vulgarities.
To all those we say,
We are all Leyla Tavakoli and we all bear witness to the fact that you the oppressors have incarcerated the innocent witnesses of your crimes while allowing the murderers to roam free; but know this too, it is not just us the Leyla Tavakolis that have stood witness to your crimes, but history that will once again prove that the likes of you have never prevailed and it is a divine promise that this injustice will not last and is on its way out.
May those who oppress repent and see the light.

چکیده : ما همه لیلا توسلی هستیم و شهادت می دهیم که در روز عاشورا مردم بیگناه و عزاداران حسینی را به شهادت رسانده اید . ما لیلا توسلی ها شهادت می دهیم که شما ظالمان بی مقدار در روز عاشورا مردمانی را، جوانانی را از خیل عظیم عزاداران یا حسین گو زیر ماشین له کردید، شهید امیرارجمند تاجمیر، عباس فرجی زاده ، شاهرخ رحمانی و شبنم مادر زحمتکش و کسانی که به احتمال ، بنا به محذوریت های امنیتی نام عزیز پرپر شده خویش را پنهان کرده اند. نه تنها ما ، لیلا توسلی ها ، شاهد جنایت شما هستیم ؛ بلکه تاریخ نیز شاهد است و گواهی می دهد که امثال شما پایدار نبوده اند و این وعده الهیست که باطل رفتنی است.
زهرا رهنورد، نویسنده و استاددانشگاه تهران در پی بازگشت لیلاتوسلی، شاهد عاشورای تهران یادداشتی در این باره نوشته و تاکید کرده که «همه لیلا توسلی هستیم و شهادت می دهیم که شما ظالمان بی مقدار در روز عاشورا مردمانی را، جوانانی را از خیل عظیم عزاداران یا حسین گو زیر ماشین له کردید و به شهادت رساندید.»
لیلا توسلی، شاعد عینی حوادث عاشورای سال گذشته در میدان ولیعصر که به دلیل اعلام شهادت در مورد زیرگرفته شدن یکی از شهروندان معترض(شهرام فرجی زاده ) توسط خودروی نیروی انتظامی به دو سال زندان محکوم شده بود، به زندان بازگردانده شد.

ما لیلا توسلی ها شهادت می دهیم که شما ظالمان بی مقدار در روز عاشورا مردمانی را، جوانانی را از خیل عظیم عزاداران یا حسین گو زیر ماشین له کردید و به شهادت رساندید. شهید امیرارجمند تاجمیر، عباس فرجی زاده ، شاهرخ رحمانی و شبنم مادر زحمتکش و کسانی که به احتمال ، بنا به محذوریت های امنیتی نام عزیز پرپر شده خویش را پنهان کرده اند در زیر چرخهای ماشین شهید کردید .
ما لیلا توسلی ها شهادت می دهیم که شما آمران و عاملان در روز عاشورای حسینی استخوان و دنده و قلب مادر نگین کوچک یعنی خانم شبنم سهرابی را زیر ماشین له کردید و به شهادتش رساندید .
ما لیلا توسلی ها شهادت می دهیم که در روز عاشورای حسینی شما قلب پاک و خدا جوی سید علی موسوی را نشانه گرفتید و او را ظهر عاشورا تشنه لب و یا حسین گویان به خاک و خون غلتاندید و به شهادت رساندید که مضروبان خونین بدن چون علی و مصطفی کریم بیگی و راسخ نیا و … در آن روز بازهم بوده اند .
ما لیلا توسلی ها شهادت می دهیم که شما ستم پیشگان در روز عاشورا بیگناهان معترض را از پل پرت کرده اید و به شهادت رساندید .
اما به زودی آتش زیر خاکستر گواهی خواهد داد و همه می دانند و بیش و پیش ازهر چه در عرصه بازخواست الهی که درقرآن آمده است خارج از اراده شما دست و پاهایتان شهادت خواهد داد به این ظلم و تباهی.
کیست که نداند که زندانها را از پاکان و نیکان و اندیشمندان و دانشجویان و فرهیختگان انباشته اید و قاتلان و زورگویان و دیکتاتوری طلبان را آزاد گذاشته اید.
آنها که دستشان به خون فرزندان ملت آغشته است.
آنها که کودکان را به تیغ جفا یتیم کرده اند.
آنها که دل مادران را داغدار کرده اند.
آنها که زنان جوان را بیوه زن و کانون خانواده هارا ویران ،
آنها که نو عروسان را پشت میله ها اسیر کرده اند .
آنها که دلهای پرتپش عاشق را به تیر و تفنگ از هم جدا کرده اند؟
آنها که زنان جوان را شکنجه کرده و بزرگترها را نیز به بند و درد و توهین کشیده اند.
آنها که بیگناهان را به جرم آزادی خواهی به زندان و تبعید و یا زندان در تبعید مجازات کرده اند .
و آنها که عقده های برتری طلب یشان را نسبت به زنان با آزار و شکنجه و اجبار و دخالت در زندگی شخصی و هتاکی و حرفها و تهمتهای زشت و پلید تشفی می بخشند .
ما لیلا توسلی ها شهادت می دهیم شما قلدران نوعروس شاهد جنایت را زندان کرده اید و قاتل را آزاد گذاشته اید اما بدانید نه تنها ما ، لیلا توسلی ها ، شاهد جنایت شما هستیم ؛ بلکه تاریخ نیز شاهد است و گواهی می دهد که امثال شما پایدار نبوده اند و این وعده الهیست که باطل رفتنی است.
