Wednesday January 5th, 2011 - Pressure on Majid Tavakoli and his family increases as authorities continue to state their position against the Green movement and its leaders. According to reports from Shiraz, early this morning, a number of intelligence agents from the Intelligence Ministry in Shiraz brutally attacked the residence of Majid Tavakoli's father, destroying furniture and confiscating all books, pamphlets, computers and CDs.
According to Daneshjoo News, Ali Tavakoli, Majid Tavakoli's brother was also summoned to the Office of Investigation at the Intelligence Ministry in Shiraz. There is no news of Ali's whereabouts since he visited the Intelligence Ministry. According to received reports, the Intelligence Ministry agents threatened those present at the Tavakoli residence and proceeded with the illegal and inhumane destruction of their personal property.
Majid Tavakoli, Bahareh Hedayat and Mahdiyeh Golroo were recently summoned to the prosecutor's office at Evin, a new case was filed against them and they were charged with "publishing lies". Tavakoli is said to have been put under extreme pressure to take a stance against the leaders of the Green movement and to deny the alleged letters attributed to him in support of the Green movement. The court set a $200,000.- USD bail for Tavakoli for these new charges.
هجوم مامورین وزارت اطلاعات شیراز به منزل مجید توکلی/ احضار علی توکلی به دفتر پیگیری وزارت اطلاعات

در ادامه فشارها بر مجید توکلی به منظور موضع گیری بر علیه جنبش سبز و رهبرانش، صبح امروز تعدادی از مامورین وزارت اطلاعات شیراز به صورت وحشیانه ای به منزل پدری وی یورش بردند و ضمن تخریب وسایل منزل تمامی کتب، جزوات، کامپیوتر و سی دی های موجود در منزل را به همراه خود بردند.
به گزارش دانشجونیوز، همچنین علی توکلی، برادر مجید توکلی، به دفتر پی گیری وزارت اطلاعات احضار شده است و پس از مراجعه وی به این دفتر تا کنون خبری از وضعیت وی حاصل نشده است. مامورین وزارت اطلاعات با اهالی منزل توکلی برخوردی بسیار زشت و تهدید آمیز داشته اند و در اقدامی غیرقانونی و غیرانسانی دست به تخریب و شکستن وسایل منزل پدری این فعال دانشجویی نموده اند.
پیش از این مجید توکلی به همراه بهاره هدایت و مهدیه گلرو به دادستانی احضار شده بودند و پرونده جدیدی برای ایشان به اتهام نشر اکاذیب و .. باز شده بود. در جریان این احضار توکلی به شدت تحت فشار قرار گرفته است تا بر علیه رهبران جنبش سبز موضع گیری کند و نیز نامه های منتسب به وی در حمایت از جنبش سبز را تکذیب کند. در نهایت دادگاه قرار وثیقه 200 میلیونی صادر کرده است.
